La icónica bodega riojana completa su renovación integral con este proyecto de paisajismo que persigue fusionar funcional y estéticamente la bodega histórica y sus jardines, con una nueva realidad arquitectónica que respeta la tradición y la quietud del vino.
Para ello se propone un proyecto que da continuidad a la estética de los anteriores diseños de Locus Landscape, con la simplicidad, la proporción y la luz como los elementos protagonistas. El respeto por el entorno y el contexto construyen una estructura de muros y circulaciones de carácter orgánico que inscriben y enfatizan el trazado clásico del jardín central en crucero. Éste reinterpreta los ejes que lo configuran y se construyen con el gran estanque como elemento central y símbolo de inconfundible del proyecto y de la bodega.
El respecto por la tradición y el paisaje prestado en el que se ubica la bodega, son clave también en la disposición de las vistas, ejes y circulaciones del visitante. Robles, encinas, cipreses, madroños, olivillas, arrayanes y lentiscos conforman la sobria paleta vegetal que da continuidad a la arquitectura de piedra y madera.

The iconic Rioja winery completes its comprehensive renovation with this landscaping project aimed at merging the historical winery and its gardens with a new architectural reality that respects the tradition and tranquillity of wine.
To achieve this, a project is proposed that continues the aesthetic of previous designs by Locus Landscape, with simplicity, proportion, and light as the main elements. Respect for the environment and context builds a structure of walls and organic pathways that inscribe and emphasize the classical layout of the central garden in the form of a cross. This reinterprets the axes that shape it and are constructed with the large pond as the central element and unmistakable symbol of the project and the winery.
Respect for tradition and the borrowed landscape in which the winery is located are also key in the arrangement of views, axes, and visitor circulation. Oaks, holm oaks, cypresses, strawberry trees, wild olives, myrtles, and mastic trees form the sober plant palette that continues the architecture of stone and wood.
