El proyecto, concebido en colaboración con el estudio LO2, abarcó tanto la arquitectura como el interiorismo desde sus inicios. Uno de los aspectos fundamentales para los propietarios era la inclusión de una pista de tenis, lo cual se convirtió en una parte irrenunciable del diseño. Se optó por trabajar con materiales sencillos que complementaran los diseños formales del proyecto, enfocándose en ejes, geometría y espacios abiertos que se enmarcaran con árboles caducifolios de gran porte para aislar el entorno.
El programa se desarrolló de manera ambiciosa, incluyendo múltiples zonas de uso y enfrentándose al desafío de «ocultar» la pista de tenis detrás de muros vegetales que se integran simétricamente con el porche y la arquitectura. Asimismo, la piscina se concibió como un elemento ornamental, donde el sonido del agua fluyendo a través de cinco caños se convierte en una parte inherente del entorno del jardín.

The project, conceived in collaboration with LO2 studio, encompassed both architecture and interior design from the very beginning. One of the fundamental aspects for the owners was the inclusion of a tennis court, which became an essential part of the design. They chose to work with simple materials that complemented the formal designs of the project, focusing on axes, geometry and open spaces that were framed with large deciduous trees to isolate the environment.
The program was developed in an ambitious manner, including multiple zones of use and facing the challenge of «hiding» the tennis court behind vegetal walls that integrate symmetrically with the porch and the architecture. Likewise, the swimming pool was conceived as an ornamental element, where the sound of water flowing through five spouts becomes an inherent part of the garden environment.
