Restauración de la antigua vivienda y jardín situados en la Sierra de Madrid en colaboración con Lado Blanco Arquitecturas. Reestructuración funcional, reorganización de la circulación y programa de uso son los tres ejes sobre los que se construye un proyecto que tiene la necesidad de crear una estética contemporánea, fusionada con la recuperación de los elementos clásicos de la vivienda y su espacio exterior. Propuesta de revegetación totalmente autóctona que se integra en el paisaje existente que lo rodea como gran valor del ‘lugar‘.

Estate in the Mountains of Madrid: Restoration of an old house and garden in the mountains of Madrid in collaboration with Lado Blanco Arquitecturas. Functional restructuring, reorganisation of circulation and use programmes are the three axes on which a project, that has the need to create a contemporary aesthetics fused with the recovery of the classical housing elements and its exterior space, is built. Proposal for a totally autochthonous revegetation that integrates into the surrounding existing landscape contributing great value to the ‘area’.
